低カロリーのこんにゃく

Low-Calorie Konjak

It seems that Japanese “Konjak” has become a trend in the States.

Konjac is a food ingredient used for cooking and made from Konnyaku potatoes.

It has elasticity and is wobbly.

Since it is very low in calories and contains a lot of dietary fiber, it is suitable for a diet and cleaning out intestines.

The ingredient of glucomannan contained in Konjac lowers cholesterol level, so it prevents arteriosclerosis.

It is also recommended for diabetes prevention because it blocks the absorption of sugar.

こんにゃくは料理に使う食材で、
こんにゃく芋から作られています。
弾力があり、プルンプルンしています。
非常にローカロリーで食物繊維が多いため、
ダイエットや腸のお掃除に適しています。
こんにゃくに含まれているグルコマンナンという成分は
コレステロール値を下げる効果があるため
動脈硬化を防ぎます。
糖の吸収を抑える効果もあるので、
糖尿病予防にもおすすめです。
