和菓子に使われているあずきや黒砂糖

Azuki and Brown Sugar for Japanese Sweets

Azuki is often used in Japanese sweets.

Azuki is rich in protein, vitamins and minerals, and dietary fiber and polyphenol are also included.

Therefore, it is said that it is healthier than western confectioneries with many lipids.

Some people think white sugar is bad for health and refrain from it, so many Japanese sweets use brown sugar.

As for calories, Japanese sweets have lower amounts than western confectioneries.

People who are on a diet avoid western confectioneries. When they really want to eat sweet things, they seem to eat Japanese sweets a little instead.

和菓子にはあずきがよく使われています。
あずきはタンパク質、ビタミン、ミネラルが豊富で
食物繊維やポリフェノールも含まれています。
そのため、脂質が多い洋菓子より健康に良いと言われています。
白砂糖が体に悪いと考えて控える人がいますが、
和菓子の中には黒砂糖を使ったものが多くあります。
カロリーも洋菓子より和菓子の方が低いです。
ダイエットをしている人は洋菓子を避け、
どうしても甘いものが食べたい時は
和菓子を少しだけ食べることがあります。
