Making soba is called “Sobauchi” and is becoming popular among old and middle aged Japanese men. It seems that many people think they should make their own soba noodles to feed their families, make them happy, and open their own shop.
Some of them opened a shop after retiring or even quitting their jobs.
However, according to a survey recently, lots of data shows that related people, especially thier family, are having a hard time because of their soba making. Since people did not make good soba or prepare tools which costs too much, they are experiencing financial lost, so many people closed their business because they didn’t have knowledge about management.
They want people to say that the taste of their soba is very good, but actually, many of them are not good at making soba.
