The vegetable cake that was made by Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo produced for the 77th anniversary establishment of the business is very pretty and healthy. This is a time-limited item only to be sold until August 31st, 2015.
It’s a many-layered cake that used a cream using seven kinds of vegetables such as corn, red and green peppers, green soybeans, pumpkins, avocado, and tomato. The marzipan that looks like a real vegetable is the topping and looks so cute.
It seems to represent “Lucky 7” because it was made with seven kinds of vegetables for the 77th anniversary.
