Local Sake “Namamoto Jyunmai Kounotori”

“Namamoto Jyunmai Kounotori” is liquor that contains a particularly wild amount of alcohol compared to other local Japanese Sake. The percent of alcohol is 21%.
Kounotori (Storks) live at Toyoota City, Hyogo Prefecture. The liquor is made with rice pesticide free in the area. You can feel the vitality of the dark, sour taste, and also the taste of the creamy rich melon.
Kinoshita Sake Brewery” which produces the liquor donates part of their profits to the “Kounotori Foundation” and contributes to make the environment where the stork can be naturally.
