Rush Hour in Tokyo

Indian trains are full with passengers and sometimes have people staying on the roof, however, it is impossible to do such a thing in Japan because train companies consider the safety of passengers the most.
But the train station is very crowded during rush hour in the morning so there are train station employees who push passengers into the train. Their job is to push them in as much as they can without having anybody sandwiched by doors, and make sure nobody is already sandwiched. It’s hardly seen anywhere else other than Tokyo. The congestion of people at the train in the morning in Tokyo is awful.
