Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine Vol.5

Ema (pictorial offering) at Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine is well known to be unique and humorous. It’s shaped with a white fox’s face and have only thin eyes, and then worshippers use the eyes for eyebrows and draw eyes, nose, mouth, etc., whatever they like.
Ema is supposed to be written “their own wish”, however, the white fox Ema at Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine has famous animated cartoon characters, pretty face, mad face and so on. They are really fun to look at. people who are good at drawing very well, draw impressing faces. It’s often uploaded on the internet and becomes a topic.
